MY FAVORITE SPORTS

MY FAVORITE SPORTS IS HANDBALL

I like to play handball.

- The reason is that I have been representing the school in this sport competition since elementary school, from 5th to 5th grade in high school.

In this sport I got a lot of useful lessons while playing.

First of all, it can train team spirit where understanding between group members is highly demanded when competing with the opponent.

Secondly, it can improve my self-esteem when this sport requires a lot of fast movement to attack and to prevent the opposing team from scoring.

Third, it enhances creativity in designing the strategy of the team to overcome the superiority of the opposing forces.We play ball runner in state level competitions.
